Do you struggle for space?

Terrace houses and semi-detached cottages are great because they are usually located close to services and amenities, but they tend to be dark inside and most lack sufficient storage.

Believe it or not, we managed to install a laundry into these cupboards below the staircase at our Zyan House.

No matter the project – renovation or new build, tight sight, or empty block – we always investigate every inch of space to optimise storage and access to natural light.

In this house, we even managed to include a self-contained Air BNB accommodation offering, which can be completely separated from the main living quarters.

“We used to rent out our place on Air BNB before the renovation, but we didn’t like the fact that we had to share the space, so it was part of the brief to Justine that we wanted a section that we could close off.” our client explains.

“Now, our guests can be totally self-sufficient just like a hotel room and it works nicely”

If you have a small site that could benefit from more light and better storage, feel free to get in touch.
