Justine’s design for our extension has far exceeded what we imagined was possible. We now have a beautiful family home that provides togetherness, indoor/outdoor connection and natural light. We engaged Justine for full services (all the way from concept to contract administration) which took a lot of stress off our shoulders. It was actually quite an enjoyable experience and I’d love to do it again someday but I can’t because we will live in this house forever 🙂

I cannot recommend noho architecture highly enough! For a complete novice embarking on their first home renovation project, Justine shared her advice and experiences freely and was amazingly patient with my constant questions. I really felt that we just clicked on our first meeting and our relationship built from there. Justine and her team guided my husband and I from concept design through to the DA application. Nothing was too much trouble and to be honest, I really felt that I was listened to, which was my chief concern when engaging an Architect who I thought may be more interested in the ‘design’ than what I actually wanted. I never felt our budget was going to blow out and Justine still managed to design in our must haves. We can’t rate Justine’s design highly enough. Our house was a 1980s project home badly in need of an update and some future proofing for our 80+ year old mother. The brief was to do a partial renovation and extend the back of the house.
Justine was very thorough with the plans and drawings, always mindful of our budget, our needs and what we wanted to achieve. She guided us throughout the whole process, from the council approvals to helping and suggesting the finishes through to completion.
